Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Constructively receive feedback and direction from supervisors and colleagues.
  • Identify and communicate learning needs to the unit manager to ensure continuous professional development.
  • Request assistance in planning and prioritizing activities as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Participate in self-review as requested by the unit manager to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply, monitor, and remove resident restraints as per physician or facility protocol to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
