We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team at vTech Solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing MRI procedures, communicating with radiologists and other physicians, patients, and their families. Additional responsibilities include performing contrast injections, quality control, and reporting tasks, maintaining day-to-day schedules, and assisting radiologists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MRI technology and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Perform MRI procedures, including setting up, scanning, and processing
• Communicate with radiologists, other physicians, patients, and their families
• Perform contrast injections, quality control, and reporting tasks
• Maintain day-to-day schedules and assist radiologists
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist
• WA state radiology license required
• BLS, ARRT, MRI Certification, and WA license required
• ARRT Advanced preferred
Working Conditions:
• Floating is required
• Travelers regularly float between various like units, within skill set
• Some weekends may be scheduled, usually EOW at most
Additional Information:
• Providence St. Peter Hospital is a short-term acute care facility with 325 total staffed beds
• Charting is done using EPIC
