Schedule:

Sunday to Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM

Friday and Saturday: 8 AM - 10 PM

We are looking for
Full Time Position

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, stocked with essential supplies.
  • Welcome and greet guests with a genuine smile.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and patience.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as necessary.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Sort and forward emails promptly.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Keep accurate records and files updated.
  • Assist with additional tasks such as travel arrangements and scheduling.
  • Oversee operations at our contactless property, ensuring smooth check-ins and guest satisfaction.
  • Guide guests throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Share insights and recommendations about the local area with guests.
  • Take a proactive approach to operational needs, addressing guest requests and completing reports.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a front desk representative, agent, or in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
  • Understanding of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications are a plus.
