Forensic Investigations Director

Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking a highly experienced Forensic Investigations Director to lead our Forensics, Litigation, and Valuations Services Team in the US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert investigation and compliance services to our clients, including complex fraud, bribery, and corruption matters.

• Lead and manage complex investigations and compliance projects, including cross-border fraud and bribery cases
• Develop and implement effective compliance programs for clients, including internal control design and review
• Provide expert testimony and reports in court and to regulatory bodies
• Collaborate with international network offices to deliver global solutions to clients
• Mentor and develop team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

• 15+ years of experience in professional services, providing investigation and compliance services to clients
• CPA, CFE, CFF, or other relevant certifications
• Proven success in business development, including selling consulting services and building a book of business
• High-level proficiency in data analysis and forensic review
• Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
