Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Representative to join our team at ANB Bank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth through the sale of banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, building relationships with customers and promoting our banking products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investment products.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of our branches, including cash handling, customer transactions, and branch maintenance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our banking team to achieve sales and customer service goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a banking or financial services role, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and banking software systems.
