Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced RN to lead our HIV team as a Nurse Project Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, experience working with vulnerable populations, and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient primary care nursing services including medical assessments and triage services for HIV patients.
  • Conduct virtual, telephonic, or in-person nurse assessment and triage to assess the severity of patient health concerns.
  • Implement patient-centered plans of care, evaluate outcomes, and communicate regularly with patients and care team members.
  • Coordinate care with integrated HIV team behavioral health staff.
  • Develop and sustain an environment that supports excellence in nursing clinical practice.

The compensation package includes a salary of $88,600 per year, which increases based on years of experience. Additional benefits include 4 weeks' vacation, health, dental, and vision insurance, 403B retirement savings plan, employer retirement contribution, and pre-tax MBTA pass program with 40% discount.
