Requirements:

Basic Requirements:

Prior experience in soil stabilization, grouting, or foundation mitigation, OR prior construction industry experience, OR prior concrete experience, OR significant experience working outdoors.

  • Ability to work at heights
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Teamwork and communication skills

Compensation:

$20-$25/hour salary. With overtime, employees can earn up to $27/hour. Additionally, we offer an annual bonus stock ownership program. Travel requirements include 100% of time spent in the Western US.
