Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform the following tasks:

• Mix, spray, run hoses, and operate shotcrete or grouting pumps
• Move materials on a construction site
• Read and determine measurements
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site
• Work together in a team environment
• Learn to operate rock drills
• Operate construction equipment such as excavator, all terrain forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front end loaders

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• Any prior soil stabilization, grouting, or foundation mitigation experience
• Prior construction industry experience as a carpenter or framer
• Prior concrete experience such as a concrete finisher/form builder or shotcrete experience
• Significant experience working outdoors in a collaborative, physical environment

• Must not be afraid of heights
• The ability to travel extensively
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Enthusiastically work with a diverse team

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $20-$23 per hour, with opportunities for overtime. In 2023, individuals in this role made the equivalent of over $27 per hour.
