Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks to manufacture high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding operations to fabricate tools and equipment
  • Work with various materials, including carbon steel, aluminum, and Inconel
  • Operate measuring tools and plasma torches to ensure accurate measurements and quality control
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements
  • Collaborate with production team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in welding and fabrication
  • Knowledge of welding processes and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
