Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor marketing performance and sales activities
  • Analyze data from Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to derive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns in Marketo
  • Ensure data integrity and proper synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce
  • Manage the integration between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Lead a team of marketing analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and training
  • Foster a data-driven culture within the marketing team
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce administration and Google analytics and Google Adwords
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team
