The parts we work with are sensitive in nature and require special handling, including the use of gloves and protective equipment. We offer a range of shifts to accommodate different schedules, including 1st shift (7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri), 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm Mon-Fri), and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am Sun-Thurs).

As a Manufacturing Associate, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $16-$19, plus a $3 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift. This is a contract-to-hire role, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of our team. We offer a collaborative work environment and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, incentive bonuses, paid time off, and paid plant shutdown in December.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work safely around chemicals
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis
  • Ability to train on 1st shift for up to 3 months
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work overtime
