Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our studio in Michigan, USA. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulations and policies, providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to New Jersey Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services Delaware departmental policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in everyday tasks and organize studio operations during assigned shifts.
  • Monitor and identify disruptions of the studio's technical problems and resolve issues according to company policies and gaming regulations.
  • Supervise Game Presenters, Shufflers, and Players to ensure adherence to company procedures.
  • Have excellent knowledge of all games provided by the company and be able to apply and explain strategies and rules applied in those games.
  • Initiate and lead communication and conflict resolutions within competence of held position.
  • Maintain an orderly and positive work atmosphere in the facility.
  • Represent management interests while considering confidentiality and diplomacy.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years old.
  • A minimum of one year of management-related experience is necessary.
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office and electronic mail are essential.
  • Strong cooperation and conflict resolution skills are required.
  • Maintain professional and clear communication with employees.
  • Ability to teach and explain company policies and procedures.
  • Give constructive feedback and supervise teamwork.
  • Strong multitasking and decision-making skills are essential.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, phones, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • OBTAIN A MI CASINO EMPLOYEE REGISTRATION LICENSE THROUGH THE MGCB.
  • Must be available to work on flexible schedules, including holidays, overtime, and weekends.
Compensation Package:

$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
