**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Coffee Barista Lead to join our team at Coborn's Inc. As a key member of our coffee shop team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of your role

• Collaborate with the coffee shop team to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience

• Operate all coffee shop equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

• Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop environment, adhering to health and safety standards

• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stocking of coffee shop supplies

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Coffee Shop Manager

**Requirements**

• Previous customer service or retail experience, preferably in a coffee shop or food service environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
