Role Overview

Peraton is in search of a dedicated Service Desk Manager to oversee operations at a prominent military installation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of support staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery in a 24/7 environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in IT service management.

  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate initiative.
  • Possession of an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance and CompTIA Security + certification is mandatory.
