Overview
The BluSky Restoration organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Construction Project Director. This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Sales: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals by negotiating and executing contracts on behalf of the company.
  • Revenue: Oversee and expedite revenue production in accordance with monthly goals, working closely with internal teams to ensure timeliness of deposit, progress, and final billings.
  • Profit Margins: Develop and take ownership of project budgets in compliance with target margins, ensuring accuracy and making adjustments as necessary to improve project profitability.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth.
  • Extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience.
  • Ability to attend business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week.
