About the Opportunity:

MRI Network Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team in driving quality improvements and ensuring products meet the highest industry standards. As a key member of our quality department, you will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to deliver world-class results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality systems, procedures, and standards daily to ensure excellence in product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between manufacturing, quality, engineering, sales, and purchasing teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Identify, track, and resolve quality issues, including managing customer complaints through various portals, to maintain strong relationships with top-tier OEMs.
  • Review engineering designs to ensure first-time capability and superior product quality, leveraging expertise in SPC tools and statistical analysis.
  • Lead APQP processes, including PPAPs and prototype efforts, to meet customer requirements and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain IATF-compliant documents, including process flows, FMEAs, and control plans, to ensure compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Provide technical support and lead problem-solving initiatives for assigned customer accounts, utilizing excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Train quality and manufacturing personnel on quality systems and the use of new equipment to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Utilize SPC tools for process monitoring, capability studies (Cp, Cpk), and continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and success.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
