Physician Psychiatry Position

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our team at Physician Empire in Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide exceptional patient care while enjoying a great work-life balance.

About the Role
  • This permanent position offers 35 miles proximity to Kalamazoo and 40 miles to Lansing, making it an ideal choice for those who value easy access to nearby cities.
  • The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of 150+ providers across 35 specialties, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

In this employed position, you will dedicate 36 hours to direct patient care each week, with an additional 4 hours allocated for administrative tasks. You will also share call responsibilities with other physicians and mid-level practitioners, ensuring a manageable workload.

Work Environment

You will be working in a hospital setting, where you will have access to state-of-the-art facilities and a team of professionals who prioritize patient care and well-being. The In-Patient Team consists of a 15-bed IP Unit, staffed by one adult psychiatrist and one mid-level practitioner, allowing for seamless collaboration and comprehensive care.

Requirements and Qualifications
