We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Lead to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of maintenance crew members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct maintenance crew members to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and safety management to achieve facility goals.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
- Provide training and coaching to maintenance crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with outside contractors to arrange visits, schedule work, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Participate in investigations and colleague coaching as requested by plant management.
- 3+ years of experience in production manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of production manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Ability to lead and direct a team of maintenance crew members.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
