Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team at the Omni Grove Park Inn. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for assisting guests with the reservation process, maximizing potential revenue, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input reservations into the system
  • Maximize potential room revenue by following specified selling guidelines
  • Respond to guest calls in a timely manner
  • Interact with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Raise awareness of inventory issues
  • Stay knowledgeable about hotel services and events

Requirements:

  • Strong keyboard skills and ability to learn multiple software systems
  • Ability to analyze situations and make decisions that meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Previous hotel experience in a Reservations, Front Office, Sales and Marketing or Accounting environment preferred
