We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Practice Specialist to join our team at Massachusetts General Hospital. This is a 40-hour per week position that requires a Master's degree in Nursing and a minimum of five years of experience in a surgical setting.

  • Support independent nursing practice through consultative and role modeling activities

Qualifications
  • Massachusetts RN License required
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of five years RN experience in a surgical setting
  • Thoracic and Vascular Surgery RN Experience Preferred
