Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Protection: Assist in the protection of all Kohl's assets, including physical assets, human assets, and profit assets.
  • Physical Security: Partner with Distribution Center Loss Prevention Assistant Supervisors and Facilities Management to monitor physical security policies and procedures.
  • Incident Reporting: Report incidents of associate theft or safety violations to the Distribution Center Loss Prevention Assistant Supervisor.
  • Internal Investigations: Participate in internal theft investigations, adhering to Kohl's Loss Prevention Internal Theft Investigation and Confidentiality Guidelines.
  • Safety Audits: Perform Distribution Center Loss Prevention Audits to measure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gatehouse Operations: Perform all Gatehouse operations and data entry, as described in the Gatehouse section of the Distribution Center Loss Prevention Manual.
  • Customer Service: Assist in store inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Adhere to Kohl's Ethical Standards and maintain confidentiality.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate effectively in a professional manner and exhibit good judgment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Use good judgment, problem-solving, and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Availability: Be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and/or previous Distribution Center, Law Enforcement, and/or Store Loss Prevention experience.
