Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Ecommerce Fulfillment team as an eFulfillment Center Partner II. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our eCommerce Fulfillment Centers, where we process and ship customer orders.
Key Responsibilities- Select and bag full or partial customer orders for shipment in an organized, clean, accurate, and damage-free manner
- Check products for out of date/damages to ensure freshness and quality of products
- Properly load carts into delivery vehicles in a clean, accurate, and damage-free manner
- Perform work tasks in a safe manner, in accordance with work instructions; proactively take action to address/improve safety issues within the facility
- Complete work assignments in a timely manner; use time efficiently and productively in support of facility goals for on-time deliveries
- Ensure that work performed meets individual productivity goals, team productivity goals, and/or facility productivity goals
- Comply with all federal, state, and company regulations/standards for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation
- Accurately complete assignments and resolve issues related to accuracy
- Communicate below standard wareroom, cooler, and/or freezer conditions to management
- May work with automation within the facility
- Minimum age 18 (mandatory)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills; attention to detail
- Reading/writing, math, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks
- Ability to work in a team-based environment; ability to positively promote change
- Ability to learn and understand H-E-B in-house systems
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
This role requires the ability to:
- Push cart to select product from shelves or other designated area
- Lift, stand, walk, squat for extended periods
- Occasionally lift up to 55 lbs.
- Safely and independently operate loading jack/forklift
- Work extended shifts and fluctuating hours/days based on business needs, including weekends, nights, and holidays
