About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Ecommerce Fulfillment team as an eFulfillment Center Partner II. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our eCommerce Fulfillment Centers, where we process and ship customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and bag full or partial customer orders for shipment in an organized, clean, accurate, and damage-free manner
  • Check products for out of date/damages to ensure freshness and quality of products
  • Properly load carts into delivery vehicles in a clean, accurate, and damage-free manner
  • Perform work tasks in a safe manner, in accordance with work instructions; proactively take action to address/improve safety issues within the facility
  • Complete work assignments in a timely manner; use time efficiently and productively in support of facility goals for on-time deliveries
  • Ensure that work performed meets individual productivity goals, team productivity goals, and/or facility productivity goals
  • Comply with all federal, state, and company regulations/standards for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation
  • Accurately complete assignments and resolve issues related to accuracy
  • Communicate below standard wareroom, cooler, and/or freezer conditions to management
  • May work with automation within the facility
Requirements
  • Minimum age 18 (mandatory)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization skills; attention to detail
  • Reading/writing, math, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle cross-functional tasks
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment; ability to positively promote change
  • Ability to learn and understand H-E-B in-house systems
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to:

  • Push cart to select product from shelves or other designated area
  • Lift, stand, walk, squat for extended periods
  • Occasionally lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Safely and independently operate loading jack/forklift
  • Work extended shifts and fluctuating hours/days based on business needs, including weekends, nights, and holidays
