Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
- 2+ years of RN experience, preferably in the Emergency Department.
- ACLS/BLS certification preferred.
