Job Summary
Amerlux is seeking a skilled Production Control Specialist to manage production workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity. This role requires expertise in MRP/ERP systems, supply chain management, and Lean Manufacturing principles.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet lead time commitments.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure timely material availability.
  • Monitor and report physical variances in inventory.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
