About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control and Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management system.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for process improvement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Transaction Processing: Enter data accurately and efficiently into our Warehouse Inventory Management System (WIMS) database.
  • Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct thorough audits of both inbound and outbound orders to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and communicate effectively through email and phone.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain a reliable attendance record.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
