Role Summary
The Chef will oversee, coordinate, and assess the performance of kitchen staff, food production, and service associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and participate in the activities of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Manage kitchen associates, including interviewing, scheduling, training, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes, ensuring timely delivery and service.
  • Maintain proper food presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures.
  • Monitor food usage and waste to manage inventory effectively.
  • Inspect incoming products and supplies for quality assurance.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations.
  • Assist in recipe and menu development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
