  • Monitors ingredient inventory to ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
  • Stores ingredients in appropriate containers to maintain freshness.
  • Alerts supervisors when ingredient supplies are low or kitchen equipment malfunctions.
  • Cleans and sanitizes work surfaces, tools, and utensils to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Carefully oversees food temperatures and the conditions of cooling areas to ensure proper storage.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A High School Diploma is preferred, along with the flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Skills and Requirements

• Valid food handler certificate is mandatory.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication.

Physical Demands

The physical requirements for this position include the ability to stand for extended periods, typically 10-12 hours a day, as well as walking, using hands for various tasks, reaching, and performing movements such as stooping or kneeling. The role may also require occasional sitting and climbing. Regular lifting and moving of items up to 50 pounds is expected. Vision capabilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
