Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with patients to develop personalized care plans and improve health outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines to inform decision-making and optimize patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Engage in peer review and quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of care.
Requirements:
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.
- Active, non-restricted medical license in the state of Minnesota (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.
- BLS/ACLS certification required within 180 days of hire.
Physical Demands:
Medium Work*: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently.
