We are seeking a talented Scheduled Service Supervisor to join our team at Tradewind Aviation. As a key member of our operational team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service experiences to our clients. With a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our client services representatives to ensure seamless daily operations.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Scheduled Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving the achievement of performance targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain open communication and ensure seamless coordination of client logistics.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service experiences.
