Observation Specialist

Job Summary:
The Observation Specialist provides constant one-to-one observation of assigned patients, ensuring a safe environment and positive interaction in a calm environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides restraint care to patients in restraints.
- Identifies and communicates changes in patient's status to RN and responds appropriately.
- Assists in orientation of healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Must have strong communication skills.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.
