Position Overview

We are currently in search of a driven individual to join our team as a Project Coordination Associate. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle live phone operations, assisting class members with inquiries and claims submission.
  • Input and update information for class members.
  • Conduct general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Manage claims processing, data entry, customer service, and filing tasks.
  • Perform additional office responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and PowerPoint is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential.
  • A high school diploma is mandatory.
  • Prior experience or education in legal fields is preferred but not essential.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
