Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Agent to join our team at The Maybourne Beverly Hills Hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing 5-Star luxury experiences to our guests.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless departure during check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service in person and over the telephone. They will also be required to process billing and invoices according to standards, maintain confidentiality for proper record-keeping of guest accounts, and partner with other departments to meet company goals and exceed guest expectations.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess good attention to detail. Prior luxury hospitality experience is preferred, but not necessary.
