Travel Technician in Seattle

We are seeking a skilled Travel Technician to join our team at Accede Solutions Inc. As a Travel Technician, you will be responsible for scheduling services, procedures, and appointments by obtaining demographic and clinical information.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with physicians' office staff and other members of the patient processing team to ensure maximum customer relations.
- Handle all incoming telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, transferring calls to appropriate person(s) within the clinic or taking detailed messages.
- Schedule patients' appointments in-person at the reception desk or over the telephone.
- 1 year experience in a similar or related field (i.e., physician's office, scheduler, etc.).
- Experience in obtaining insurance verification, referrals, and authorizations.
- Experience with medical terminology and basic medical record processes.
- Prior hospital or Ambulatory experience.
- 1 year Scheduling experience.
- Experience with computerized scheduling or relational databases.
