Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathology Clinical Director to join our team in Wilmington, DE. As a Clinical Director, you will provide leadership and guidance to clinical therapy staff, develop and implement clinical programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to SLPs and COTA/Ls
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and protocols
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current license in the state(s) assigned
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in speech-language pathology and leadership roles
  • Certification in MDS (RAC-CT) or other advanced certification preferred

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
