Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Discovery Therapy, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized therapy sessions to children with communication disorders
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as occupational therapists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive support for children and families
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and caregivers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Completion of the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
