Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current LVN licensure in the state of California.
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
