About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Post Harvest Technician to join our team at TerrAscend. As a key member of our Trimming and Packaging Departments, you will play a critical role in preparing medical cannabis products for distribution.

Responsibilities
  • Timely trimming and hand manicuring of medical cannabis to ensure high-quality products
  • Creation and packaging of medical cannabis flower and pre-roll products
  • Work efficiently and effectively to consistently increase productivity and meet quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized trimming and packaging room, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure daily compliance with state regulations, security protocols, and access protocols
  • Label and record inventory data accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with the harvest and curing process of medical cannabis
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
  • Must meet state age requirements
  • Accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail are essential
  • Basic knowledge and familiarity with cannabis and production procedures
  • Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
  • High level of integrity and commitment to quality
