We're seeking a charismatic Sales Ambassador to join our team at Brilliant Earth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This role involves providing a luxury customer experience, managing a high volume of incoming sales leads, and maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout their shift. The ideal candidate will be able to work a full-time schedule that includes weekend days.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a luxury customer experience, utilizing sales strategies and deep product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-in consultations.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads via email, live chat, and phones to attain individual revenue targets, providing a luxury customer experience reflective of our high-quality product
  • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, creating a memorable, one-on-one customer experience.
  • Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries.

The estimated salary range for this position is $25/hour.
