Showroom Ambassador

We're seeking an experienced Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. As a key member of our showroom team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

This is a full-time role that requires flexibility, including working weekends. Our ideal candidate will have robust customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

• Customer Service: Create memorable experiences for our clients by providing personalized service and ensuring a welcoming environment in our showroom.
• Operations Management: Manage daily operations, including inventory reconciliation, order fulfillment, and packaging.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain a luxury environment in the showroom, adhering to visual merchandising standards and planogram guidelines.
