Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at US Foods, Inc.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing diesel equipment including tractors and trailers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in heavy duty commercial diesel mechanics or refrigeration mechanics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with diesel equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance within company standards
  • Document all repair orders and PM lists
  • Handle road service calls and perform road rescue/transport as needed

The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple functions simultaneously, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
