As a Lead Infant Educator, your role will encompass providing affectionate care, executing stimulating lesson plans, and promoting the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infant Care: Responsible for feeding, diapering, and ensuring a secure environment
  • Lesson Implementation: Carrying out approved educational plans
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Observing development and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly
  • Classroom Environment: Establishing a welcoming and creative learning space
  • Parent and Team Communication: Engaging with families and collaborating with colleagues
  • Hygiene and Safety: Maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment

Qualifications:
  • 60 Undergraduate Credit Hours with 6 Hours in Child Development or Early Childhood Education
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential OR 30 Undergraduate Credit Hours with 6 Hours in Early Childhood Education PLUS 1 year of relevant experience
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Child Development or a related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 1 Year of teaching experience in an early childhood setting
  • Capability to lift up to 35 lbs
