We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the automotive repair industry. Experience with Subaru vehicles is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation structure is competitive and based on experience, with a realistic earning potential of $80,000 - $100,000+. We offer a range of benefits including:

Job Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve automotive issues while adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Estimate the time and parts required for repairs and maintenance.
  • Install various automotive components and systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools are accounted for.
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on expertise and certifications.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in automotive service.
  • Certification as a technician is preferred, but we are willing to train qualified candidates.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment testing, including background checks and drug screening.
