Attorney Associate Position

Abel Personnel, a leading staffing firm in Central Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, healthcare collections, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay up-to-date on changes in law affecting clients.

• Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, petitions, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.

• Provide guidance to clients on collection strategies and likelihood of recovery.

• Assist clients in responding to surveys by administrative agencies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania, with preference given to admission in multiple mid-Atlantic jurisdictions.

• 2-5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on healthcare collections and regulatory matters.

• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients.
