Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Research Specialist to join our team at a leading Global Pharmaceutical Company. This role is focused on supporting the Center for Outcomes Research, Real-world Evidence, and Epidemiology (CORE) within Global Medical Affairs.
Contract Details:
This is a long-term contract position with the potential for permanent placement. The role requires onsite collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation of strategies that highlight the unmet medical needs and the economic value of our products, concentrating on outcomes that are significant to payers and clinical decision-makers.
- Contribute to research initiatives aimed at generating evidence to showcase product differentiation for market access, collaborating closely with Global CORE colleagues to share findings with the relevant audience.
- Assist in managing projects and external partnerships in the execution of CORE studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in medical affairs, commercial strategy, market access, safety, legal, regulatory, and medical information as necessary.
- Support the execution of communication and publication strategies for products, including the presentation of research outcomes at scientific forums.
Qualifications:
- A graduate degree (PhD or Master's) or equivalent experience in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, life sciences consulting, or managed care, specifically in health economics, outcomes research, and epidemiology studies.
- Demonstrated experience with outcomes research methodologies, including study design and analysis.
