Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor

At Core Bank, we're seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will be responsible for processing loan documents and ensuring the completeness of the loan file for submission to underwriting and closing.

• Review borrower employment, income, assets, and closing fund sources to validate qualification for the loan program.
• Process compliance disclosures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage a case load of 35-60 loan files at any one time, each with a minimal amount of complexity.
• Communicate effectively with clients and act as a liaison between the customer and the mortgage lender.

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred, however experience can replace.
• 2-3 years prior experience in mortgage loan processing.
• Experience processing all loan types (Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA).
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken is required.
• Working knowledge of TRID requirements as they relate to mortgage lending.
• Demonstrated success multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
