Key Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers, both internal and external
  • Selling supplementary services to customers, such as service specials and additional work needed on their vehicle
  • Assisting the Senior Service Advisor with estimates as needed
  • Ordering and handling parts in accordance with company policies
  • Performing data entry, text messaging, and mailings as needed
  • Maintaining a professional and organized workspace
