Store Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team at Jiffy Lube Multicare. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing employees, providing training and development, and ensuring the store meets sales performance goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day store operations, including employee management, inventory control, and customer service
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and develop store plans
* Identify and address operational inefficiencies and areas for improvement
* Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed
Requirements/Competencies:
* Two years Lube Technician or similar auto experience or one year Automotive Management experience
* Proven track record of leadership, sales, and customer service
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
* Competitive pay: $49,900 - $60,000
