The Grounds Night Crew Team Member- Seasonal position at Lagoon Corporation, Inc. is responsible for ensuring the park is clean and prepared for the next day's operation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate heavy-duty equipment such as leaf blowers and large water hoses to maintain the park's grounds.
  • Monitor water spray to ensure safety of fellow employees and guests.
  • Move heavy items to clean underneath them.
  • Work effectively independently as well as with a group.
  • Move equipment, including pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting.
  • Stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours.
  • Walk quickly to/from job locations up to 1 (one) mile distance.
  • Lift and/or move up to 90 pounds.
  • Perform work duties outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Arrive early and/or depart late as required.

**Requirements**

  • Ability to pull and/or move heavy-duty water hoses with speed and efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
