Job Opportunity: Construction Specialist for Underground Work

We are seeking a skilled Construction Specialist to join our team at Cascade Ventures. As a specialist in underground construction, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining energy infrastructure, including pipelines and house connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of house connections, including interior installations for gas and water
  • Installation of pressure pipelines for gas, water, and district heating using materials such as PEHD, steel, cast iron, and PVC
  • Testing of pipelines (pressure and leak tests)
  • Excavation and backfilling of trenches and construction pits, including the construction of shoring and operation of construction machinery (excavators, wheel loaders, etc.)
  • Work in public road areas (excavation / reinstatement of surface coverings: paving, asphalt)

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a pipeline builder / civil engineering specialist / road builder or equivalent experience in civil engineering / pipeline construction
