Position Overview:
The Fencing Vehicle Operator is responsible for transporting fencing materials to various job sites. Our clients expect prompt and efficient service, making customer focus essential. The role also involves installing fencing using specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily inspections of all tools assigned to the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
- Verify that the vehicle is loaded with all necessary materials (fence panels, poles, etc.) and tools to fulfill service requests.
- Conduct pre-shift vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately.
- Drive the fencing vehicle to and from designated job sites.
- Unload fencing materials and install panels using appropriate tools, adhering to specified guidelines. Measure and mark locations for installation.
- Coordinate tasks with the Fence Helper and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Communicate with site supervisors to confirm work orders and maintain contact for any updates or changes.
- Document personnel, production, and operational data on designated forms and submit to the Fence Manager at the end of each shift.
- Train the Fence Helper on installation techniques and safety protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit while driving and stand while servicing products

- Recognize and differentiate sounds
- Walk for extended periods without exertion
- Enter and exit equipment safely
- Lift up to 40 lbs from waist to shoulder height
- Lift 30 lbs from the floor to head height
- Crouch and squat as needed
- Push and pull up to 100 lbs horizontally

Salary Range:
$15.50 – $25.50 per hour

Individual pay within the posted range is determined by geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
